Healthcare Applications

We have recently launched our initial healthcare application on the Triage platform.  KnowYourNumbers.com, an online cardiac risk assessment, is designed to create awareness and promote early detection of modifiable behaviors that lead to heart disease.  This initial application is currently being utilized by Henry Ford Health System in Michigan.  

The assessment is based on the Framingham Survey and was developed by the father-son team of Dr. John Fischer and his son Brandon.  Dr. Fischer is a board-certified cardiologist and Brandon is President and Founder of Anacore, Inc, a custom web development firm in Indianapolis, IN.
