About Us

Triage is an innovative platform designed as a robust survey and assessment tool primarily for healthcare providers to drive at-risk patients through their door.   The platform is modular in nature and will allow for efficient updates and the ability to easily build upon the system. 

The Triage platform was conceived by Brandon Fischer.  Brandon has over 15 years of experience developing custom web-based applications, websites and dynamic presentations.  Brandon is currently the President and Founder of Anacore, Inc., a custom software development company in Indianapolis, IN.  Prior to founding Anacore, Brandon served as Director of Development for Zengine, Inc., a public company based in Berkeley, California. Brandon now lives in Carmel, IN with his wife and two kids. 

With the help of his father, Dr. John Fischer, Brandon created Know Your Numbers, the initial application built on the Triage platform.  Know Your Numbers is an online Heart Risk Assessment (HRA) that is currently being used by Henry Ford Health System in Southeastern Michigan and is being marketed nationwide. 

Following the successful launch of Know Your Numbers, Brandon and his team have also identified additional service industry opportunities to apply the Triage platform.  Prototypes of these applications are currently in the development stage and will be rolled out later this summer.
